Being inspired by innovation, MERMEC France carries on R&D activities to cope with technically ambitious and new emerging subjects rising from the railway market, but also, in other industrial sectors, such as, space and energy.

Reflecting this scenario of activity, 20% of MERMEC France revenues have been consecrated to R&D purposes in the past years.

MERMEC France offers a large portfolio of services and products for measurement and diagnostic of railway infrastructure and is able to supply to customers: feasibility studies, design and development of diagnostic system for the whole railway infrastructure (rail, clearance profile, and catenary).

At present, MERMEC France software applications in railways are being exploited within systems in use in France, Switzerland, Italy and Korea.
